- Students put some être past tense forms from les devoirs on the board.
- Check subject-participle agreement! Emphasize this only happens with the être forms!
- Go over the irregular forms on p. 58
- Work in pairs to translate the following sentences:
- I knew the teacher.
- The girls came to the party.
- Did you want a cookie?
- We took a photo.
- Bob went to the store.
- Julie waited.
- It rained.
- The boys stayed at school.
- Marie sang.
- The dog died!
